The 3 original purees are made from a mixture of two Chilli Peppers with a hint of vinegar and salt enough to allow us to pasteurise this condiment instead of sterilising in order to keep that fresh chilli taste. The 3 EXTREME versions are made with pure ‘SUPER HOTS’ and not recommended for people under 18 years, extreme care to be taken.
