Shanghai Style Braised Pork - Porc Caramel

Most people are familiar with this Asian recipe , also known as Porc Caramel.

We use mainly shoulder chops and some belly for this sweet and salty pork dish.

Instructions: Gently heat in a wok or frying pan when heated through turn the heat up to ‘caramelise’ the meat.

Serve with white rice and vegetables or a salad.
